Finally, the awardee should be involved in leadership roles regarding the organization, planning and implementation of programs and projects i.e. Hold Chapter/District/International office, and/or Committee Chairman Role

Brigadier General Charles Young Military Leadership Award: BG Charles Young was the highest ranking African American officer in the military at the time of his death. This award is given to a financial brother who is nominated, served honorably, demonstrated meritorious service as well as outstanding leadership characteristics, and made outstanding contributions at all levels.
