Omega Man of the Year Award: Is given to a financial brother who has made significant contributions to his chapter, his district and on the international level of the Fraternity. He is also one who has made significant contributions to his community and has served in a manner above and beyond the ordinary participation levels necessary to implement programs and projects. Finally, the awardee should be involved in leadership roles regarding the organization, planning and implementation of programs and projects i.e. Hold Chapter/District/International office, and/or Committee Chairman Role.

Superior Service Award: Is given to a financial brother who has demonstrated a continuous spirit of Service toward the Fraternity and his Community. He is recognized for his sustained concern and contributions to the Fraternity and the Community at the Chapter/Local, District/Regional, and International/National Levels.

Brigadier General Charles Young Military Leadership Award: BG Charles Young was the highest ranking African American officer in the military at the time of his death. This award is given to a financial brother who is nominated, served honorably, demonstrated meritorious service as well as outstanding leadership characteristics, and made outstanding contributions at all levels.

Founder's Award: Is given to a financial brother whose exemplifies the vision, unity, and purpose established by our founding brothers—Tony Munson, Aaron Combs, Reggie Sullivan, Michael Lyons, Corin Harper, Rodney Edmunds, Thomas Harris, and John Adams. Grounded in their commitment to fostering strong bonds of friendship and mentorship among African American men in the military, this award honors a brother who continues to build meaningful relationships rooted in trust, accountability, and uplift. The recipient demonstrates a deep dedication to service, extending beyond the organization to create lasting, positive impact within the community. Like the founders, he serves not for recognition, but out of genuine dedication to the success and growth of the Chapter.

The Neophyte: of the Year Award recognizes a newly initiated brother who has embraced the true spirit of Manhood,

Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. Brother Reynolds has not only embraced the rich legacy and

principles of our fraternity, but who has also demonstrated an unwavering commitment to chapter

service, brotherhood, and community impact. As a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., he has

demonstrated that crossing was not the end of a journey — but the beginning of a lifelong commitment

to the principles and purpose of our great fraternity. He understands that wearing the letters of Omega

carries responsibility.
